Terms of Service

1. Seller and contract

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and wingo ai, trading as Advora. By accessing or using the Advora website, application, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Authority

By using Advora, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and, if entering into these terms on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Product description

Advora is an AI-powered creative studio that helps businesses create ads and carousel content. Users can input competitor ads, brand information, and prompts, and Advora generates analysis, copy, images, and carousel slides for marketing use.

4. Account and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• Spamming, scraping, or interfering with the service or its security;
• Infringing intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Attempting to probe, bypass, or reverse engineer the service;
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the service.

6. User content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including competitor references, brand assets, and prompts. You grant wingo ai a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide and improve the service for you.

7. Intellectual property

wingo ai retains all rights, title, and interest in the Advora service, software, documentation, branding, and generated platform outputs (excluding your original inputs). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the scope of your selected plan.

8. AI-generated content

Advora uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content. You understand that:

• You are responsible for the prompts, inputs, and how you use any generated outputs;
• You must verify the accuracy, suitability, and compliance of outputs before publishing or using them commercially;
• Outputs may not always be accurate and should not be relied on as professional, legal, financial, or regulated advice without human review;
• You must not use Advora to create illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, deceptive, or infringing content, including deepfakes or malware;
• We reserve the right to remove or restrict content, suspend accounts, and refuse service for violations.

9. Payments and subscriptions

Advora is offered on a subscription basis. Payments, billing, tax, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Please review Paddle's Buyer Terms for details.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Paddle processes refund requests made through paddle.net.

11. Service level

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

12. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wingo ai's aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wingo ai from any claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated policy violations, or other serious misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
